How do I know if you are the right coach for me?

The best way to find out is to book a FREE call with me and let’s chat about what you are looking for. You can get to know me, I can get to know you, and together we can discern what the right way forward for you is.

Can you guarantee I will get the results I need?

I can only provide the tools, the accountability and the support – but it’s really up to you to achieve the results you desire. If you are committed and wholeheartedly do the work required, then you, like hundreds of my other clients, will accomplish the results you desire – and so much more!

How long must I commit to coaching?

I ask you to commit to at least 3 months, but we both agree to cancel immediately if coaching is not working for you right now.  We usually  we work  on a month-by-month basis,  and many clients find coaching so beneficial and life-changing that they continue longer than they initially anticipated—typically 9 months to a year, or longer.  

Where and how do we do a coaching?

Sessions are typically conducted over the phone or video conference.  This allows you the freedom to take sessions from your home, office or any location. There is no waiting in traffic or parking, and makes it easier to stay consistent with less of a time commitment.  I’m happy to arrange in-person sessions at a central location for a higher rate. Please feel free to ask for more details.

What’s the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

  • Therapy or Counselling  aim to deal with past traumas and events, and focus on fixing what is broken and hurting. The focus is primarily looking back to make changes.
  • Coaching is focused on the present, looking forward. It is specifically aimed at functioning, emotionally ‘well’ people who want to achieve more from their life. It is helping to identify the skills and capabilities that are within you, and enabling you to use them to the best of your ability, to fulfil your life goals and dreams so you can ‘Live the Life you were Born to Love!’ 

How confidential is our coaching?

100%  – Our coaching relationship is base on trust, so it is crucial that you feel able to express yourself openly and safely.

No one will know that we are even working together unless you tell them. Details of our sessions, and any information shared is kept strictly confidential and are never discussed with anyone.

How long is each coaching session?

Each session is approximately 1.5 hours
